We are seeking a talented Consumer/Market Research Senior Analyst to join our Client Experience & Insights Team (CX&I) and expand our capacity to integrate cutting edge market research and analytics into Client Experience, Marketing and Business objectives. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of research professionals and experience designers to bring holistic insights to the larger organization for decisioning support.

Key Responsibilities Include

As part of a dynamic, growing marketing team, you will report to the Director of Insights Operations, work closely with the entire Client Experience & Insights Team, Marketing Analytics and serve on cross-functional teams for brand and marketing initiatives across our lines of business.

The Consumer/Market Research Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for:

  • Conducting the end-to-end execution & management of market research projects

  • Integrating various data sources to create holistic analyses.

  • Monitoring market & competitive data sources and proactively reporting findings on a regular cadence.

  • Creatively approaching business objectives to drive decision making, maximize research/analytical effectiveness delivering on depth, time, and budget.

  • Maintaining data quality control standards and methods & providing oversight on governance/risk management.

This role requires an independent self-starter with a strong affinity for qualitative and quantitative data & methodologies. We are seeking candidates with:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in market research, customer research &/or design research

  • A passion for understanding consumer behavior, strong critical thinking skills and is a champion of data-informed decision making.

  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders to define need, requirements, business objectives and success metrics.

  • Ability to understand the data to tell a succinct story using an evidence-based rationale.

  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Other programs/platforms that can be used for presentation/data delivery (e.g. Miro, Canva, etc.)

  • Creative vision, a passion for learning and willingness to adopt and share new ideas.

  • Working knowledge of advanced analytic research techniques like Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis, Regression, Cluster Analysis, and other Multivariate statistics, and their application to specific business challenges

  • A basic understanding of statistical methods, forecasting and analytical modeling methods.

  • Working knowledge of data integrity/privacy practices and applicable risk and compliance management frameworks

  • Team player: The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Financial services background a plus
